We want you to continue to foster enthusiasm about MonaVie internationally through relationship building and to do so in accordance with the established policies and procedures that you have agreed to follow.
As a reminder, we encourage all distributors to give careful attention to the following:
- It is against MonaVie policy to engage in pre-market activity in markets that do not appear on the “Enroll a Distributor” page within your Virtual Office. Such activities include:
- Importing and distributing non-registered product
- Enrolling distributors under false terms
- Holding meetings
- Opening of sales offices, etc.
- It is essential that distributors not engage in any business activities in countries such as Korea, Taiwan, The People’s Republic of China (PRC), or in any other country which does not appear in the Virtual Office drop down window.
- Please note that MonaVie will not honor distributorships until the opening of a new market. Distributors enrolling prematurely or under false terms will be required to start over, reenroll, or even be barred from enrollment in that country.
- Distributors who bypass these established policies and procedures put the company and our future growth opportunities at significant risk. In order to protect our loyal distributors who adhere to the policies, MonaVie will discipline, up to and including termination, those found in violation.
